Earlene Ruth Smith, 79, Lebanon, passed away on Monday July 29, 2024 in Spang Crest Manor. She was the wife of the late Raymond H. Smith, Jr. Earlene was born in Lebanon on October 22, 1944 a daughter of the late Earl and Ruth Kintzer Kantner. She had cared for many children over the years including foster children. She loved going to the beach and Christmas was her favorite holiday. Earlene is survived by children: Lisa McCormick and husband Russ Hinrich, FL; Craig Snyder, Jr. and wife Jessica, Bloomsburg; Heather Wife of Cory Whitman, Lebanon; step-son: Timothy McCrary, CA; 10 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; 1 gt. Great-grandchild; siblings: Kathy wife of Joseph Kunder, Lebanon; Michael Kantner, Lebanon; Craig and wife Cindy Kantner, Lebanon as well as nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a grandson: Benjamin Knutson. Funeral services will be Monday 11:00am in the Rohland Funeral Home 508 Cumberland St., Lebanon, PA 17042 where a viewing will be held from 10:00 am until the time of service. Interment will be in Mt. Lebanon Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Association
