Libby was an awesome lady and tough as they come. I first met Libby right after she and my cousin,Rich, got married when Rich brought her to California to meet the rest of his family. We went camping at Upper Bassi (near Lake Tahoe). That was such a fun trip, well, except for the herd of cattle that came through camp when we were the only 2 in camp. We jumped in a jeep to get away from them and at least one stuck their head in the jeep, too! We might have been a little scared.... Later we just laughed and laughed about that. Or the time we went to a 49ers game and i really thought you were going to to throw someone right out of the car if be didnt behave. Then Dave and I and Brad spending almost every weekend with Rich, Libby and the kids when they lived in California. Libby was one of a kind -loved being with people and loved parties. She held her head high in some very difficult situations (partly because she was about 5 foot nothin). She was not just my cousin, but my friend, my confidant and my partner in crime. Thank you, Libby, for being my cousins soul mate for 41 years, and for just being you. And Thank You for serving our country and giving your all in everything you did. Until i see you again one day. Love to the Pinegar and Mease families.

My heart is with the Pinegars in this difficult time.  Melissa, Kevin, Rich and Andrea are all blessed to have had her as a mother and wife.  She was my "work mom" and I will miss sitting next to her and listening to the Phillies games, her Pig Roasts and the love I saw and hear from her family.  If more families could be like the Pinegars, this would be such a better world.  Love to all of you!

Linda and I would like to extend our deepest sympathy to the family.  We had the privilege of knowing Libby while working at the Lebanon VA Medical Center.  Libby had a warm smile and was always friendly and helpful.  She is well again and happy in a better place.  Know of God's love and comfort, and our thoughts and prayers at this time.

I am very sorry for your family's loss.  Although I haven't seen Libby for quite some time, I can remember the fun we had in our younger days.  God bless her soul and keeping the family in my prayers.

Libby was an amazing person. We were friends since grade school and had good times together. She was genuine, strong, and fiercely loyal. She would help anyone in need and loved her family more than anything. Cancer can take a lot from us but will never take our memories of her. Rest in peace Libby.  God's grace and blessings on you and your family Rich. She will never be forgotten.

Libby was a great person who was kind and generous and told it to you straight.  She was a good listener and was great with advice and stories.  My heart goes out to all of those in her family and whose lives she touched.  Thanks Libby for your quick wit and sense of humor as well as the awesome candy selection!  You were a great cubicle neighbor in Bldg 99 and will truly be missed.

Dang it, Libby!  You stole my roommate but introduced me to my wife.  I'm still trying to figure out this Military Intelligence thing, but what I do know is you will be missed by many!  --eggy

Libby had a spunky personality and she was a lot of fun to be around. She loved deeply and always put her family first. Her fire will never die as she lives in all of our hearts forever. I am so glad I made the trip down and got to see her last month. She is and always will be very special to me and I will miss her so much. Libby is nicest person that I ever had an oppurtunity to work with at Memorial Programs Service. She reached out to me out of the clear blue sky and offered me a helping hand. What an awesome Lady She is. Heaven just became a better place with the addition of Libby Pinegar. Her shining light was the first thing that I looked for and saw every morning at work. A really fantastic Lady. Take car Libby I know that you will be missed by all. My heartfelt condolences to her entire family and friends.

Libby, I'm sitting here crying my eyes out, even though you'd be saying,  "quit being a ball baby"! You were a very strong person, who fought long and hard, you never gave up! Libby and I along with Cheryl Ream played hop scotch and jumped rope at our 5th and 6th grade recess.....such fond memories of our innocent childhood days.

Libby will always be one of my favorite people from my days at the Eagles. She was fun to be with, interesting to talk to, and everything else you needed in a friend. I will hold tight to my memories of her because they make me smile just like she did.

Wow Libby where do we begin - the summer trips with your mother Gloria and Aunt Pat to Indianapolis dropping off your brother Jim's kids and cousins, those unforgettable trips to Washington DC - touring the city, fireworks on the Mall (I think you vaguely remember them) the American Legion even going so far to get a tour of the Presidential Yacht , the Christmases on Chestnut Street in Lebanon, the stop by pool parties in Rehoboth Beach on the way to Ocean City, brother shots, the list goes on and on and on.  As you say in the obit - "GET OVER IT"    We will somehow "get over it".  The fun times will continue but your presence will be missed.   Love you much and will miss you!
