Frances Pread Rice, 94, of Lebanon, PA, died Wednesday, January 6, 2016 in Manor Care, Lebanon. She was the wife of the late William James Rice. She was born in Nashville, TN on July 17, 1921, a daughter of the late John A. and Edith Frances Badge Thornton. Frances is survived by a daughter, Florence E. Davitt and husband Charles of Lebanon; son, William P. Rice of Wichita, KS.
