Born in Myerstown, she spent her life rooted in family and the simple comforts of home. Later in life Gloria found a deep love for the Lord, which brought her peace and strength.
She was a great cook and even better baker, and she certainly had a love for sweets. She enjoyed watching her favorite Turner Classic Movie Channel and lived life on her own terms-often staying up late into the morning. She cherished her independence and the quiet of her own space. Gloria had a great sense of humor, was naturally beautiful with a radiant presence, and had a way of making people smile. Everyone who met her loved her.
Above all, her family meant everything to her. She is survived by her loving children: Sherry Reager (Dave), Lisa Springborn, Susan Null (Kenneth), and Eddie Auman (Michele); as well as all her cherished grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Mary (Tarker) DiGiacomo and Samuel DiGiacomo; her husband, James R. Auman; her son, James T. Springborn; and her grandchildren, Kurt Reager and Denise Reager.
She will be deeply missed forever by all who knew and loved her. Her family takes comfort in knowing she is home with the Lord.
