Joette Kathleen (Bailor) Hollinger passed away on November 9, 2025, at Good Samaritan Hospital. She was born on May 27, 1947, in Lebanon, PA, and graduated from Lebanon Senior High School in 1965.
Joette enjoyed a long career as a Medical Transcriptionist, providing dedicated service over the years to Good Samaritan Hospital, Lebanon Cardiology Associates, Lebanon Internal Medicine Associates, and Dr. Barbara Klatchko, among others.
She was a lifelong and active member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Lebanon. Over the years, she served as a Girl Scout leader, secretary for Worship and Music, participated in the handbell choir, helped with the annual Christmas Bazaar craft booth, and took part in mission trips. She was also a member of the Women of ELCA. Additionally, Joette was a proud and supportive band parent for the Lebanon High School band.
In her free time, she enjoyed many forms of crafting as well as scrapbooking.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Christine (Clay) and Wayne Bailor. She is survived by her husband, Richard B. Hollinger; daughter, Kathleen Mounts (Hollinger); son, Kyle R. Hollinger; granddaughters, Makenna S. Hollinger and Morrigan L. Hollinger; and siblings, Jeffrey Bailor, Jerrilynn Reppert (Bailor), Jesse Bailor, Janelle Bailor, and James Bailor. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Visitation will be in Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 723 Lehman St., Lebanon, PA on Friday, November 21, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 am with a memorial service beginning at 11:00. Please enter through the back of the building.
