Joseph Vincent Arnold

Joseph V. Arnold, 87, as lifetime resident of Lebanon, PA, recently resided in King of Prussia, PA, passed away on Tuesday, August 9, 2022. Joe was the husband of Margaret J. (Michael) Arnold with whom he recently celebrated 64 years of marriage. Joe was the son of the late Howard and Mabel (Allwein) Arnold. He was preceded in death by nine sisters: Margaret Allwein, Mary Arnold, Sara Arnold, Gertrude Trompeter, Catherine Parisi, Frances Emas, Regina Combs, Rose Felty, Geraldine Peifer and five brothers: Howard Jr., Robert, William, Raymond and Samuel. He is survived by his wife, Margaret, his daughters, Cynthia wife of Gary Cohen, and Denise, wife of Robert Nolte and four grandchildren: Jay Cohen, husband of Jenni Rubenstein, Michael Cohen, Jessica wife of Joshua Albert and Andrew Nolte, husband of Kailye and two great grandchildren: Layla & Mia and his sister, Sister Agnes Arnold of the Sisters of Saint Joseph in Flourtown, PA. Joe was an active member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church where he served as an usher and greeter for many years. He served in the US Navy prior to his employment with the Reading Railroad and Consolidated Rail, where he retired after 37 years of service. He and Margaret enjoyed travel, gardening, swimming, baking cookies and making soup, but most of all, he loved being a Pap-pap to his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Viewing will be from 11:30 – noon with the service immediately following on August 15th at the Rohland Funeral Home, 508 Cumberland Street, Lebanon, PA. Interment will be at Mt. Lebanon Cemetery.
