Juanita M. Velazquez, 92 of Catonsville, MD formerly of Lebanon passed away on Wednesday, November 19, 2014 in her daughter Carmen‘s residence. She was born in Puerto Rico on May 24, 1922, daughter of the late Remigio Munoz Caradallo and the late Anastasia Cruz. She is survived by her daughter: Carmen Hernandez, MD; sons: Cesar Padilla and wife Anna, Puerto Rico; William Padilla and wife Lucy, Lebanon; Valentine Padilla and wife Sandra, Lebanon and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son Santiago Padilla and her daughter Juana Paulino. A viewing will be held on Sunday, November 23, 2014 from 6:00 – 8:00 pm in the Rohland Funeral Home, 508 Cumberland St., Lebanon. Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 24, 2014 at 10:00 am in the funeral home. Interment will be made in Covenant Greenwood Cemetery, Lebanon.
