Madeline M. McGinity

Madeline M. McGinity, 92, of Lebanon passed away on Sunday September 8, 2013 in the Lebanon Good Samaritan Hospital. She was the wife of the late Raymond A. McGinity Sr. She was born in Lebanon on January 30, 1921, daughter of the late Paul and Caroline Cox Youse. She retired from Sowers Printing, Lebanon and was a member of St. James Lutheran Church in Lebanon. Madeline and her late husband enjoyed boating at Port Deposit, PA and traveling. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is survived by her son: Ray A. McGinity Jr. and wife Cyn, Lebanon; daughter: Denise wife of Rodney Shetrompf, York; grandchildren: Chris McGinity and wife Shelby; Corey McGinity and wife Andrea; Ryan McGinity; Zack Miller; Taryn Miller; Jennifer Paeirra; great-grandchildren: Skylar, Dylan, Destani, Ruben; brothers: Paul and Sam Youse. She was preceded in death by her brothers Richard, Carole, Glenn Youse and her sister Sis Youse. Friends and family are invited to her viewing on Thursday evening between 6-8 pm in the Rohland Funeral Home, 508 Cumberland St., Lebanon. Funeral service will be held on Friday, at 11:00 am in the St. James Lutheran Church, 53 Chestnut St., Lebanon where a viewing will begin at 10:30 am until the time of the service. Interment will be made in Mt. Lebanon Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions in Madeline’s name may be made to her church.
