Dad,
I love you more than you know. I will miss you just as much. Your strength, caring, and brilliance, I hope to live up to through the rest of my days. I was honored to be by your side throughout your life as well as your passing. The word proud does not hold a candle to what I feel at this moment.
Your loving son, Steve

I had the pleasure of working with Richard for many years. He always had a smile on his face. Will miss his napping in the lunchroom before starting work. He was always there I think an hour before he started work. My thoughts and prayers are with Richards family.

Your Dad was an awesome man to be around. His love of his children and grandchildren was his favorite topic to talk about, next to golf and working at Boscov's. It was always a pleasure to sit near Richard in the employee lunch room and strike up a conversation with him, or chat with him on the sales floor, to see how much trouble he gotten himself into with the ladies. Richard will be sadly missed by all.

I worked with Richard for 25 years at Boscov's he was one of the nicest men I ever met he always had a kind word for everyone and always had a smile for everyone and always asked how you were doing. He was a good friend and he will be missed. My deepest condolences to the family. I will miss seeing him at work and being able to joke with him. He had a very good sense of humor. He would do anything for anyone. May God be with your family in this time of sorrow.
