Robert L. Atwood, 68, Palmyra, passed away on Tuesday September 2, 2025 in his residence. He was born in Lebanon on July 14, 1957, a son of the late George and Alma Young Atwood. He had been employed by the palmyra School District for many years and he loved to hunt, fish and go camping along the Swatara Creek. Robert is survived by a daughter: Marie Hunt; grandchildren: Kristin Atwood, Allison Hunt, Mali Hunt; great-grandchildren: Zaydon Lollis, Khalil Lollis, Zakai Lollis; brother: George G. and wife Kathleen Atwood; sister; Barbara J. Atwood; nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by siblings: Glenn, Donald, Terry and Diane Atwood. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, September 16, 2025 at 7:00pm in the Rohland Funeral Home, 508 Cumberland St., Lebanon with a time of visitation from 6:00pm until the time of service.
