Rosalie Catherine Kindt

She was preceded in death in 2024 by husband: Charles E. Kindt Sr. They were married 70 years.

She was born in Lebanon on July 3, 1931, a daughter of the late Peter and Mary Winter of Lebanon, PA. She was a graduate of Lebanon Catholic High School class of 1949.

She had been employed, by Bannon Mills and then Everite Knitting Mills, for many years.

She spent many hours involved in different types of needlework: Sewing, Crochet, and Knitting. Her expertise was in rug making, wash cloths, and “scrubbies”. She was an avid baseball lover and Penn State Football fan. Rosie spent time reading and gardening. Her greatest joy was being a caring and supportive wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.

She is survived by children: Son, Charles E. Kindt, Jr. and wife Elizabeth, Palmyra, PA; Daughter, Cheryl A. wife of Joseph Arnold, Henrico, VA; grandchildren: Nicole Arnold, Angela Arnold, Zachary Kindt and wife Sheena, Katelyn Kindt Talmadge, wife of Jonathan Talmadge; great-grandchildren: Karah Sprouse, Amelia Kindt, Clara Kindt, Collins Talmadge. Sister, Frances Winter Muhr of Ephrata, PA

Memorial services will be Thursday, September 25 at 10:00am in the Rohland Funeral Home 508 Cumberland St., Lebanon preceded by a time of visitation beginning at 9:00am.

Interment will be with husband/veteran, Charles, in the National Cemetery at Ft. Indiantown Gap.
