Roy D. Scheetz, 72, of Lebanon, passed away on Thursday September 18, 2025 in the Wellspan Good Samaritan Hospital. He was the husband of Karen S. Carpenter Scheetz with whom he celebrated a 52nd wedding anniversary on June 16th. Roy was retired from IBEW Local 98. He was a hard worker who loved to have company visit him, especially nieces and nephews. He was an animal lover who parented both cats and dogs. He also had a collection of Zippo lighters and various pocketknives. In addition to is wife he is survived by brother: Leander and wife Tina Scheetz, Newmanstown as well as several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother: Michael Scheetz. Memorial contributions may be made in Roy’s memory to the Humane Society of Lebanon County 150 N. Ramona Rd., Myerstown, PA 17067. A visitation at Rohland Funeral Home will be held on Friday, October 3, 2025 from 6 to 8 pm.
