Ruth B. Geesey, 79, Lebanon, died Sunday February 26, 2012 in the Lebanon Good Samaritan Hospital. She was the wife of the late Franklin L. Geesey, Jr. She was born in Lebanon on July 30, 1932 a daughter of the late Ralph and Madeline Templin Blouch. She was retired from Weaver’s Bologna with 17 years of service. She was a life member of St. Luke’s U. M. Church where she taught Sunday school for 50 years. She also was a volunteer for the Good Samaritan Hospital for 23 years. She is survived by a daughter: Susan wife of Randall Kreider; grandchildren: Amy Hetrick and Bradley Uffner; 3 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a son: Thomas Geesey and sister: Millie Snavely. Funeral services will be Thursday at 10:00 A.M. in the Rohland Funeral Home, 508 Cumberland St., Lebanon, PA 17042 where a viewing will begin at 9:00 A.M. Interment will be made in the Covenant Greenwood Cemetery.
