Sara Elizabeth Lasch, 93, of Myerstown, passed away on Saturday, January 23rd, 2016 in the Wellspan Good Samaritan Hospital. She was born on July 20th, 1922 in Millbach, a daughter of the late Ralph and Gertrude Sherman Clay. Sara was the wife of the late Russell R. Lasch Sr. who passed away September 12th, 2013. They were married for 72 years when he passed away. Mrs. Lasch was a Machine Operator for Sterling Drug where she retired with 27 years of service. She enjoyed Cross stitch and Puzzles. She was a member of the Myerstown U.C.C. church. Surviving is her son: Russell R., Jr, husband of Susan Lasch, Lancaster; four grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; sister: Bernice Brandt of Lebanon; brothers: Richard Clay of Myerstown and Robert Clay of Lebanon. Sara was predeceased by a brother, Russell Clay. A graveside service will be held at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville on Tuesday, February 2nd, 2016 at 10:00AM. A funeral procession will form at 9:00AM at the Rohland Funeral Home Inc, 508 Cumberland Street, Lebanon, PA, 17042 and leave at 9:15AM.
