William Alan Carter, 67, of Lebanon, died Friday, April 10, 2015 in the Good Samaritan Hospital. He was born in Missouri on June 6, 1947, a son of the late Alan and Betty Barton Carter. William was formerly employed as a security guard for a juvenile prison in PA. He served in the US Army during the Vietnam Conflict and later with the Army National Guard. He is survived by a son, William Alan Carter, II of OR. Burial will take place in Oregon.
