Zoey was full of life. Her boundless energy and outgoing personality lit up a room. She was a student at Suzanne’s Dance and Gymnastics in Lebanon, where she took lessons in tap ballet and acrobatics. Zoey was the life of every party. She loved painting and coloring and singing – even if she didn’t know the words. She had an excitement for life that was uncontainable. Her laughter filled the room and could turn anyone’s frown upside down. Zoey loved LOL Surprise and her favorite colors were pink and purple. She was the typical “girly girl”. He was the father figure who taught her how to have fun getting dirty. They rode four wheeler and drove his pickup truck on countless occasions ,but despite Raymond’s best efforts, Zoey never became the fisherman he hoped she would be. Zoey’s whole world was her family. After losing her Nanny Arnold (her best buddy and favorite shopping partner), visits to PaPa’s house watching TV in Nanny’s chair always made her feel better. Zoey’s loving spirit will live on in the lives to all those who were lucky enough to have known her. In addition to her parents, she is survived by two siblings, Carly and Hunter Fisher; maternal grandmother, Judith Bernier; maternal great-grandfather, David Arnold, Sr.; father figures, Raymond L. Fisher and Brandon L. Smith; and several aunts and uncles. She was preceded in death by her maternal great-grandmother, Betty K. Arnold and great-uncle, Phillip “Uncle Flip” Armpriester. A funeral service will be held in the Salem Lutheran Church, 119 N. 8th St., Lebanon, PA. 17046 on Wednesday, August 7, 2019 at 10:00AM with a viewing from 9:00AM until the time of the service.
