I was saddened to hear that Alex passed away, my deepest condolences. Alex and my Dad, Gordon Webster, were roommates at the Grey Nuns in July.Alex had an amazing attitude and a smile even though he was in pain. Dad and Alex had a special bond as shared thoughts and helped each other as they could. Alex brightened up Dads world. My thoughs and prayers are with you, Joan and Trent.

There have been some good mentors in my life and Alex was definitely in the top 3. He was like another dad to me growing up and always had a smile and time for me when we talked. Even in the last months when I visted him, he gave me knowledge and strenghth that will be with me for years to come. He is definitely responsible for shaping me into the person I am today and for that I am grateful!

My thoughts and prayers are with you Joan and Trent and your family. Love you guys!
