Anne Buchak

Sept.2, 1925 – July 22, 2014

It is with sadness in our hearts that we announce the passing of Anne Buchak at the age of 88 years.

Anne will be lovingly remembered and dearly missed by her children; Diane (Tom) Melnyk, Dwayne (Joy) Buchak, Bev (Tage) Jensen; 7 grandchildren Cathy (Neil), Wade (Lori-Lynne), Daniel, Chris (Erin), Melanie (Rob), Staci (Jason), John (Sara) and 7 great-grandchildren, as well as extended family and friends.

Anne was predeceased by her husband Edward in 1994, her siblings Bill Dobko, Marie Powlik, Steve Dobko and Stella Babiak, and an infant granddaughter.

Prayer Service will be held on Sunday July 27, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. at St. Margaret Mary’s Roman Catholic Church, 5120 – 50 Avenue, Calmar.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday July 28, 2014 at St. Margaret Mary’s Roman Catholic Church, Calmar at 11:00 a.m.

Interment will follow at the St. Margaret Mary’s Catholic Cemetery.

In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Wismer Fund in support of Myasthenia Gravis c/o University of Alberta Hospital Foundation, Donor Office – Room 1H1.91, WMC 8440 – 112 Street, Edmonton, AB T6G 2B7; or to St. Margaret Mary’s Roman Catholic Church, Calmar, AB.
