Donald Kenneth Cameron

Donald Kenneth Cameron passed away peacefully in the arms of his loving wife, Marge, on November 23, 2015 in Edmonton, Alberta.

Don was born on June 1, 1936 on the family farm near Melfort, SK.

He was the son of Gordon and Bertha Cameron and one of eleven children.

He married Margaret Ambler on January 31, 1958 and they had four children.

Besides his family, his passion was police work. Donald was a police officer in Saskatoon, SK for seventeen years. They then moved to Ft. McMurray, AB where he worked at Suncor.

After twenty years, they retired to Candle Lake, SK, where Don enjoyed carpentry, fishing, and loved the outdoor life.

Left to remember papa Don, is his beautiful wife Margaret, children Gordie (Beverley), Elaine (Ron), Brian, Leanne (Dwayne); 14 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren; family and friends.

Funeral Services were held November 28, 2015 in Leduc, AB, where Donald and his wife resided.

A Memorial Service will be held at Candle Lake, SK at a later date.
