Our sincere sympathies to Estelle, Debbie, Glen and family on Earl's passing. I have many memories of Earl, having worked with him at the city office for 11 years, learning much about local government and civic politics. Although he was dedicated to his work as city manager, he was definitely a family man and it was my privilege to know his family as well. The years passed and it was wonderful to be at his 80th birthday celebration. I have work memories; you have family memories -- cherish and keep them close in your hearts. Warm thoughts, Laura and John
