Frieda is survived by her children; Brenda, Sharon (Dave), Terry (Michelle), and Allen (aka Mickey). She was Oma/Grandma to her grandchildren, Karla, Chris, Erin, Joel, Zackary, Elliot, and Bronwyn. She will be deeply missed by her surviving family and friends.
Frieda was predeceased by her husband, Eric Mueller; her siblings; and her parents, Gustav and Adeline Tonn.
She had a difficult start in Europe during the war, living in concentration camps, but went on to have a more peaceful and enjoyable life after moving to Canada. Frieda most loved being in her kitchen, cooking and baking, as well as reading, crocheting, and tending to her garden. Frieda’s strong faith was witnessed through her passing, and now she is home.
A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, February 20, 2026, in Peace Lutheran Church, 4606 48 St., Leduc, Alberta with a visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m.
