Hazel is survived by daughters Gwen Stout of High Prairie, Miriam Huber (Henry Rylander) of Leduc, Gloria Dahl (Leroy) of Edmonton. Sons Walter Scott (Wanda) of Fairview, AB. and Delbert Scott (Debbie) of Grass Valley, California. Hazel had 16 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren, 11 great great grandchildren, two siblings Verna Scott (Emil) and Walter Evenson (Mary Anne) as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.
Hazel was predeceased by husbands Walter (Bud) Scott, infant son Glennie Scott, husband John Pacula and two grandchildren; Randi and Jodi Scott.
