It is with profound sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Marcel on March 28, 2017 at the age of 29.
Marcel is survived by his parents, Carol and Gisele L'Abbée, brothers, Olivier (Deanna), Roman and Jesse. He also leaves to mourn his beloved partner Shala Tierney, and her children Payten and Sebastian, as well grandparents, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and many, many friends.
Marcel lived his life to the fullest with passion in everything he did. Marcel had a big tender heart and greatly loved and valued the people in his life, especially his family. He touched lives and hearts wherever he went. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Marcel's life will be celebrated with a Liturgy of the Word at St. Michael's Catholic Church, 5105 – 45A Street in Leduc on Wednesday, April 5, 2017 at 1:00pm.
