Phyllis passed away in Leduc, Alberta on December 29, 2015. She is survived by her soul mate and husband of 64 years, Jack;
her children, Howard (Val), Denise (Klaus) and Rod (Christin) and grandchildren, Jordan, Joel, Tess, Max, Emily and Jaclyn.
A celebration of her life will be held at 3 pm on Saturday January 9, 2016 at First Memorial Harmony Chapel
