Ms. Parker was a Member of Dunnavant Faith Baptist Church where she was the pianist for 50 years.
She is survived by her mother, Catherine Parker, sister, Gloria Nelson, brother, Tim Parker (Sandra), 7 nieces and nephews and 19 great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be at Dunnavant Faith Baptist Church, Thursday, November 1, 2012 from 6 PM until 9 PM.
Services will be Friday, November 2, 2012 at 1 PM at Dunnavant Faith Baptist Church with burial in the adjoining cemetery.
