Anita Overton, born on January 28, 1957, passed away on September 27, 2025, at the age of 68. Mrs. Overton is preceded in death by her parents, Cotton and Ruby Isbell; sisters, Diane Oakes and Faye Johns and grandson, Joshua Isbell. She is survived by her sons Jeremy Isbell (Elizabeth) and Ray Moncrief (Onderea); grandchildren, Courtney Lee (Dylan), Lauren Ferguson, Jace Isbell, Justin Epperson, and Christian Cartwright; her sisters, Brenda Howard (Calvin) , Jeannie Partridge (Buddy), and Sharon Sweezey.A funeral service will be held at Vandiver Church of God, located at 13479 County Road 43, Vandiver, Alabama, 35176, US. The visitation is scheduled on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 PM. Burial will follow at Union Hill Cemetery in Vandiver, Alabama.
