The former Anne Nugent was born on May 2, 1955 in Glen Cove, New York. She was the daughter of John and Rose Nugent. She worked at the Eternal Word Television Network (EWTN) in Irondale, Alabama for the past 28 years.
She and Mr. Charles Meacham of Midfield, Alabama were married on May 28, 1998. She lived in Alabama all of her married life. Surviving with her husband are three brothers:
Peter Nugent Peachtree City, Georgia; John Nugent of Calverton, New York; Thomas Nugent of Round Lake, New York; and two sisters: Mrs.Timothy (Lenore) Arnoux of Lagunitas, California and Mrs.Gregory (Mary) DeCaro of Young Harris, Georgia,stepdaughter Sarah Meacham. She was a beloved aunt to 23 nieces and nephews. The funeral Mass Will be on November 6, 2025 at Saint Theresa of the Child Jesus Catholic Church at 8101 3ra Avenue, Leeds, AL 35094.The Mass will be at 12 noon preceded by the Rosary at 11.
