I will miss my sweet Aunt Gussie so much. I loved her so much, and  I know she is in a better place now and was greeted by Uncle John, my Mom and all our other family members who have gone on to heaven. It's only so long for a while and we will see them all again one day.

Aunt “Auggie” was always a sweet kind lady to me, throughout the 64+ years I’ve known her. 
As a young child our families were actively intertwined in ways that we don’t seem to have any longer. 
She will be missed by all of us. 
I treasure the sweet memories that I have of her and BTW,,,,, I always envied her beautiful long fingernails 😂

Memaw had the sweetest kisses and the tightest hugs. She was so filled with love for her family and always made sure you had warm food in your belly, whether it be cheesy spaghetti or a pancake on a stick early in the morning. She was very loved by many and that love will always shine bright. 🩷

Augusta was my constant help (along with Shelia) for nursery duty. Every Sunday morning they faithfully loved and served our babies during the Sunday School hour until health prevented them from doing so. 
 She was devoted to her husband until his passing and loved her girls. She always made sure that our bus children received the best snacks. 
A faithful servant and follower of Christ. 
We will miss her presence in our church.

My mom was Aunt Augusta's niece. I remember going down to Alabama in the summer to visit. Uncle John Rubin would drive us to the lake in an old school bus. I remember all of Uncle John and Aunt Augusta's girls. As a little kid, it seemed like there was a house full of girls. We always had such a good time when visiting. We were sorry to hear the news of her passing. Thoughts and prayers to the family.
