Betty Gene Sipes, age 68, of Moody, Alabama passed away on Tuesday, May 24, 2022. Betty was born September 21, 1953. She is preceded in death by her brothers, Carl Love and Terry Love. She is survived by her husband of 52 years Gilford Sipes; daughter, Angela Waites; son, Gilford Sipes II; sister, Judy Vice; step-sisters, Cindy Hocutt and Margie Tackleberry; brother, Orvie Matson; grandchildren, Shayne Gurley, Jacob Smith, Dominic Sipes, Lela Waites, Henry Waites and Gavin Sipes; 4 great-grandchildren. A graveside service will be held on Saturday May 28, 2022 at 2:00PM from Sulphur Springs Cemetery.
