Billy Mack White

Billy is survived by his wife, Kaye White; mother, Mary White; sister, Donna White; niece, Anastasia White; sister-in-law, Jerri White; granddaughter, Haley White. Billy attended Troy State University and Jacksonville State University where he obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice and his Masters in Police Administration. Billy worked as a State Trooper and retired from the Department of Public Safety in 1995 and the Army National Guard. Billy was a member of the ABC Board, Police Benevolent Association and the Retired Troopers Association. Billy was a police instructor at Faulkner State University and was also the Chief of Police in Roanoke, Alabama. Billy remained active in his community and continued to make a positive difference. He was a Leeds High School Volunteer Football Coach and was also a substitute teacher at Leeds High and Middle Schools. Visitation will be held on Thursday, December, 28, 2023 from 1:00-2:00PM from the chapel of Kilgroe Funeral Home in Leeds, Alabama with funeral services to follow at 2:00PM. Burial will be on Friday December 29, 2023 at 12:30PM in Beech Bluff Tennessee.
