He was preceded in death by: his 1st wife: Rev Jean Stewart Howard, Daughter: Jacquline Elaine Fowler, 3 Brothers and 1 sister.
Rev. Howard is survived by his wife, Frances Kirkland Howard; Daughters; Dianna Hoover (Steve) and Sheila Poer (Dan) Son: Carl M. Howard Jr (Carol); sister, Frances Layfield; 9 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; Step Daughter; Lydia Kirkland and Step Son; David Kirkland.
Rev. Howard and his first wife served in the ministry for over 40 years
