Charles William Richvalsky Jr., “Bill”, age 76, of Pell City, Alabama passed away on Wednesday, May 14, 2025. He is preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Richvalsky; son, Brad Fowler; and sister, Jackie Vandegrift.
Bill serviced his community as a truck driver, Leeds Firefighter, EMT, St. Clair County Sheriff's deputy, St. Clair County 911 Communications Director, among many other roles.
Bill is survived by his sons, Charles Richvalsky, Bryan (Marie) Richvalsky, and Brian (Samantha) Fowler; grandchildren, Tiffany Richvalsky, Aaron Richvalsky, and Mackenzie Mullins; great-grandchild, Riley Richvalsky.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 20, 2025 at Kilgroe Funeral Home, Leeds AL from 12:00PM to 2:00PM with a short chapel message at 1:00PM. Graveside service & burial will follow at Cook Springs Cemetery beginning at 2:30PM.
