Mr. Whitfield is survived by his wife, Mildred K. Whitfield; daughter, Ashley Fields (Jake); sons, Rickey L. Whitfield (Rita) and Randy E. Whitfield (Vanessa); sisters, Maryann Fincher and Clara Gossett; brother, Robert R. Whitfield; 7 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 10, 2021 at the Vandiver Church of God from 1:00PM until 2:00PM. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 10, 2021 at the Vandiver Church of God beginning at 2:00PM with burial to follow at Lawley's Chapel Cemetery.
