He is survived by his wife: Sadie Brown. 3 daughters: Debbie Sue Fielder, Tammy Diane Surles and Vicki Michelle Ledlow (Andy). 1 son: Clyde Steven Cook (Sharon). 11 Grandchildren, 9 Great Grandchildren, 2 brothers: Bob Cook and Scott Cook and 1 sister Mary B. Gilham.
Services will be held Saturday February 1, 2014 at Kilgroe Funeral Home at Leeds at 2:00 PM with burial at Sulphur Springs Cemetery. Visitation will be held Friday January 31st 2014 at Kilgroe Funeral Home at Leeds from 6-8 PM
