Mr. Fulmer was preceded in death by his wife, Pauline Fulmer and his daughter, Louise Stovall.
He is survived by his grandchildren, Bret Stovall, Stephanie Beers, Russell Stovall and Heather Byrd; great-grandchildren, Shannon Beers, Rachel Beers, Caleb Stovall and Grace Stovall.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM on Wednesday, February 16, 2011 at Kilgroe Funeral Home in Leeds.
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, February 16, 2011 at 11:00 AM at Kilgroe Funeral Home ~ Leeds Chapel with burial at Cedar Grove Cemetery.
