He is survived by his son, David Glenn Smith Jr.; mother, Dianne Chadwell Elliott; sister, Denise Smith; aunt and uncle, Dickie and Anita Drake; aunt, Martha Smith; grandchild, KayLeigh Smith; a host of cousins and great aunt, Rose Fulmer
