Dolly Burdine Wheatley, age 92, of Leeds, Alabama passed away on Friday, October 6, 2023 and is preceded in death by her husband;James Wheatley, parents; Clifton and Bessie Hoyle, great granddaughter; Blair Brasher and brothers; Oscar, Lee, Roy and Jimmie. Survivors include her daughters Joyce Brasher (Buck) and Janet Ingram, grandchildren; Donna Armstrong, Poncho Brasher, Christy Thomas, Jamie Armstrong, Amos Armstrong. Great grandchildren; Joshua Armstrong, Mason Armstrong, Peyton Weathington, Rachel Albarran, Colton Armstrong, Braden Brasher, Maddie Armstrong and Jaxon Armstrong, great - great grandchildren; Eli Armstrong, Noah Armstrong, Obi Armstrong, Caroline Weathington, Rylee Albarran, Alexandria Albarran and Addyson Albarran, sisters; Rachel, Lois, Louise and Mary, brothers Ernie and Carl. Services will be held Thursday October 12, 2023 from Kilgroe Funeral Home - Leeds at 2:00 PM with burial at Sulphur Springs Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday October 12, 2023 from 12-2 at Kilgroe Funeral Home - Leeds.
