We just got word of this terrible news. We are so sorry to hear that Grant's journey on earth is over. He was a special kid that loved The Lord and loved all he met! Mark and I will forever remember the day Grant gave the shoes, off his own feet, to another student in the youth group that didnt have any. Grant was the first person Mark baptized and Mark will cherish those memories - always. We are so saddened that we didn't know of his passing in time to be there for his family. Please know that we will be praying without ceasing for you all. God bless you and keep you always.

Grant was such a sweet and kind boy and young man. My family and I have find memories of him both at Valley View Baptist Church and Leeds Middle School. May God bless you and keep you at this time.

Stacy, you are still so much a child, in my mind's eyes, it is difficult to visualize you as a mother who has lost a precious child. I will not presume to say that I know how you feel but I do feel your pain. but as long as you keep him uppermost in your thoughts, he will always be with you. be strong, dear girl, your family loves you as do I. -------- with love, Bill
