Dorothy Pearson, age 89, of Pell City, Alabama passed away on Tuesday, January 21, 2025. Dorothy is preceded in death by her husband, James Pearson; son, Tony Barnes; great-granddaughter, Brittney Jones. Dorothy is survived by her sons, Bobby Barnes (Debbie), Joel Barnes (Marcy), Marcus Pearson (Bonita); daughter, Kay Miller; 8 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and 2 great great-grandchildren. A Visitation will be held on Thursday January 23, 2024 from 10:00-11:00 AM from the Chapel of Kilgroe Funeral Home in Leeds, Alabama with a Funeral Service to follow at 11:00 AM. Burial will be at Possum Trot Cemetery in Riverside, Alabama.
