She was a member of the Leeds Legion Post #400. She is preceded in death by husband Robert “Butch” Sisk, mother, Eula Smith and father, Henry E. C. Smith.
Mrs. Sisk is survived by her brother, Gordon Smith (Holly), niece, Tina Mathews (Rocky), and nephew, Clark Smith.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 27, 2016 from Kilgroe Funeral Home with burial at Forest Crest Cemetery.
