Mrs. Bailey was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest M. Bailey Jr.
She is survived by her daughters, Anita Bailey Edgil (Bill), Judy Nettles, sons, David Bailey (Dianne), Jimmy Bailey (Sherri), 10 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 6 PM until 8 PM on Wednesday, August 7, 2013 at Kilgroe Funeral Home in Leeds.
Graveside Services will be held at 1 PM Eastern Time on Thursday, August 8, 2013 at Westview Cemetery in Atlanta.
