Fay is survived by her sons, Chris Calhoun ( Kelly) and Larry Calhoun (Kristy); grandchildren, Keith Calhoun, Derek Calhoun, Bradley Vining, and Michael Calhoun and 4 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 7, 2023 at Kilgroe Funeral Home from 1:00PM to 2:00PM. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, June 7, 2023 at Kilgroe Funeral Home beginning at 2:00PM with burial to follow at Jefferson Memorial Cemetery.
