Frances is survived by her son, Gary F. Lawley; daughter, Sherry Starling (Jarel); brother, Buddy Brasher (Martha); grandchildren, David Lawley, Jennifer Lawley, Monica Starling De Abreau (Fernando), and Amanda Turcotte (Jeff) and 10 great grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 11, 2022 at Kilgroe Funeral Home from 1:00 PM until 2:00PM. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, August 11, 2022 at Kilgroe Funeral Home beginning at 2:00PM with burial to follow at Cedar Grove Cemetery.
