Francine Rowe Wilson, age 79 of Leeds, Alabama, passed away on Tuesday, January 6, 2026. Mrs. Wilson was a 1965 graduate of Leeds High School where she was the valedictorian of her class. She was a lifelong member of Cedar Grove Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Dick and Colette Rowe. as well as her twin grandchildren, Seth and Sophie Heinfeld. She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Jimmy Wilson; daughters Jamie Pilkington (George) and Tracey Heinfeld; a grandson, Samuel Heinfeld; as well as her sister, Geraldine Bird. Funeral services for Mrs. Wilson will be on Sunday, January 11, 2026, with a visitation from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM at Kilgroe Funeral Home 1750 Ashville Road Leeds, Alabama. The funeral service will begin at 2:00 PM in the chapel with the burial to follow at Cedar Grove Cemetery in Leeds, Alabama. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Cedar Grove Baptist Church in memory of Francien Rowe Wilson.
