Frank was a resident of Leeds, Alabama. Frank is survived by his son, Frank Edward Hawkins and Jen Hawkins (his wife) and two grandkids Everleigh and Kash. He is also survived by his Momma -Debbie Mitchum (Momma) and sisters: Alicia Lowe (Tim), Carol Arbelo, Debbie Johnson (Andy), Sonia Willingham (Ricky), and Terry Ivey (Phillip); his brother, Allen Burks (Melissa); Dad- Charles McDonald (Mom-Betty); and his beloved partner Nikki Hollis and beloved son Skylor,
Beloved friends Rocky Allen and Mary Evans.
Memorial service will be held at the Word of Life Independent Church in Leeds at a later date
