Mr. Wainwright was preceded in death by his daughters, Ginger Holton, Bonnie Wainwright; and previous wife, Netha Wainwright. He was a member of Fountain City Baptist Church in Prattville and attended Bethel Baptist Church in Moody.
He is survived by his wife, Freeda Wainwright; step-son, Mark Elliott; daughter, Carole Baker; step daughters, Lenita Gilreath, Judy Tomlinson, Lori Weir, Debbie Humphreys; son in law, Ted Holton; sister, Brenda Davis; 6 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Thursday, May 11, 2017 beginning at 5PM with a 6PM Chapel Service.
Graveside Services will be held Friday, May 12, 2017 at 2PM from Prattville Memory Gardnes in Prattville, AL.
