Glenda Bethune, age 84, of Leeds, Alabama passed away on Sunday, July 7, 2024. She is preceded in death by her parents, Onsby and Mildred Whitfield; grandson, Justin Fredrick and daughter in law, Elise Bethune.
Glenda is survived by her husband of 64 years, nearly 65 (July 25, 2024), Bob Bethune; daughter, Jamie Fredrick (Johnny); sons, Jeff Bethune and Alan Bethune (Debbie); grandchildren, Sara Bosworth, Jonathan Bethune, Jesse Bethune, Jared Fredrick, Joseph Bethune, Jacob Bethune and Ryan Fredrick; great grandchildren, Marley, Maci, Emma, Maggie, Lottie and Ben; sister, Kathy Cunningham; brother, Tac Whitfield.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 10, 2024 at Cedar Grove Baptist Church from 10:00AM until 11:00AM. Memorial services will be held on Wednesday, July 10, 2024 at Cedar Grove Baptist Church beginning at 11:00AM.
