Gloria Dean Smith passed away on February 19, 2026, at the age of 74. Born on August 18, 1951, Gloria was a resident of Leeds, Alabama and is preceded in death by her husband of 54 years; David Walter Smith and her parents:Herbert and Billie Ruth Glass, 2 daughters: Gloria Dean Smith Jr. and Melissa Sue Smith, son; David Joshua Smith and Ex - son in law: Timmie Payton, grand children; Julie and Timothy Payton, Daniel Newton, Kristen Newton, Austin Smith and Kevin Smith. 8 brothers and sisters. Memorial services will be Wednesday March 4, 2026 at Kilgroe Funeral Home at 2:00 PM with visitation on Wednesday March 4, 2026 from 1:00 - 2:00
