Harold G Carey

Mr. Carey served his country honorably during WWII in the United States Navy. He was a former employee of Alabama Bridge Builders.

Harold was preceded in death by a sister, Bonnie and a brother, Bill.

He is survived by his devoted wife of 51 years, Paula Kay Carey; 3 daughters: Tamera Foreman, Priscilla Anderson (Terry), and Hope Miller (Jason); son, Andrew Carey (Barbara); sister, Dorothy Waller; 3 brothers: Duane Carey, Cecil Carey (Rosalie), Bud Carey (Janie); Grandchildren: Brian, Ashley, Emily, Kelly, Meaghan, Joshua, Jordan and Andrew and 8 Great Grandchildren.

Funeral Service will be Tuesday, May 24, 2011 at 1:00 PM from Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church, with burial to follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, May 24, 2011 from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM at Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church.
