He leaves behind his wife of 51 years of marriage, Ann Stephens; a son Boyd and grandson, Cody Stephens, of Trussville, AL. Other survivors include his brother, Robert Stephens (Leal) of Prattville, AL; sister, Henrietta Hood (Clifton) of Greenville, AL. Sister-in-law, Darlene Stephens, of McKenzie, AL.; numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial service with family members and close friends will be held Monday, August 28, 2017 at 6PM at Kilgroe Funeral Home Leeds Chapel. Burial at the Alabama National Cemetery in Montevallo, AL.
